I am writing to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to Analog Devices' pricing, driven by persistent inflationary pressures across raw materials, labor, energy, and logistics. The price adjustment will start applying to shipments on February 1, 2026.

As our valued distribution partner, we are committed to keeping you informed through this transition byproviding you with advance notice. Additionally, we will supply you with messaging to be used in your communication to ADl customers conducting business via your channel.

The ADl sales team will be responsible for communicating this price adjustment to ADl direct salescoverage customers. if an ADl direct sales coverage customer asks questions about the specific impacton their account, please work with the ADl sales team to respond.

Shortly after this communication, ADl will provide you with a price-book preview file detailing which partsare subiect to price adiustment, Prior to the end of 2025, you will also receive a list of customer-specific quotations and the corresponding price changes. After receiving the preview of customer specific quotations, you can proactively notify customers about any updates affecting their quoted business through your channel.

On February 1, ADl will be doing a full backlog repricing for any affected order lines and will provide distributors with a list of updated quote numbers and pricing reflected in the Model N system. After you receive the list of repriced quotations, we strongly recommend updating your existing quotes and purchase orders to reflect the new pricing. The ADl Channel team is available to support you throughout the implementation.Let us know if you have any questions.
